Refund policy

All return items must be approved before returning. If a item is returned without approval it will not be accepted. A custom will have 30 days from the purchase date to request a return. 

Return & Refund

The customer is responsible for any return shipping fees. All return items are thoroughly inspected. The item must be returned unopened and in the same package it was originally shipped. If the item is damaged in anyway no refund will be awarded.

* A 35% restocking fee will be deducted from the customers refund. The refund will be issued to the same debt card, credit card, or paypal account that originally purchased the item.

Exchanges

Any item that has been approved for exchange can only be exchanged for the same exact item or a item that is the same exact price. The customer will be charged a shipping fee for the exchanged item that will be shipped.
